QuantumGrain participates in the ACO-DOC Congress
The group has participated in the ACO-DOC congress entitled «Chemical processes in Solar-type star forming regions» which was held in Torino 13-17 September 2021. It’s been a honor to attend this excellent conference. Meeting with friends and discussing with colleagues after this long time has been a real pleasure!

Scope: Simulations of Molecule Formation on Interstellar Grain Surfaces
Objectives: to simulate by means of computational chemistry and molecular modelling methods processes occurring on the surfaces of interstellar grains, in particular those that lead to the formation of astrochemcially-relevant molecules.

Objectives: to simulate by means of computational chemistry and molecular modelling processes occurring on the surfaces of cometary and meteoritic grains, specifically those that lead to the formation of biomolecules identified in these asteroidal bodies, i.e., amino acids, sugars and nucleobases.
